我想要發一封mail告知外國客戶我將要離職的訊息,可否幫幫我…

我是xx銀行的cindy,很抱歉在這個時候打擾您,我將在七月一日辭去目前的工作職務,之後便無法再幫您服務,但往後如有任何問題,需要我的協助,您還是可以連絡我,謝謝……….

大致上的內容就如同上述,麻煩好心人幫幫我翻譯。

    Dear xxx,

    I am Cindy from yyy bank, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I’ll resign from this bank on July 1, 2007 and won’t be able to offer you my service from this bank any more since then.   • I strongly recommend u to use the 1st one, because if u r to inform ur oversea customers u should let them know which bank u r from and only the 1st one provided that information
